AI Couple Photo Prompt – Glowing Golden Spirit

A man rests on a beach bench beside a glowing golden spirit, creating a dreamy cinematic scene with ChatGPT and your reference photo.

Prompt

Create an ultra-realistic, cinematic 3:4 vertical Instagram photograph using the uploaded reference photo as the identity reference for the main human subject. Preserve the person's recognizable facial identity, facial structure, natural skin tone, and apparent age. Adapt the clothing naturally to the person's gender while maintaining the dark, understated, elegant aesthetic of the scene.

SCENE AND COMPOSITION:
A romantic, melancholic nighttime scene on a quiet beach beside a wooden bench facing the ocean. A young adult man lies lengthwise across the bench, his head resting gently on the lap of a beautiful, ethereal woman made entirely of warm golden-white light. The man occupies the lower-left and central portions of the frame, while the luminous woman sits upright on the right side. The man's legs extend toward the left, with one knee bent upward and the other leg resting along the bench. His arms rest naturally over his abdomen, and his head tilts slightly upward toward the glowing woman. His expression is peaceful, contemplative, and emotionally vulnerable. His eyes are directed toward her face.

OUTFIT AND APPEARANCE:
The man wears an all-black outfit consisting of a black long-sleeved shirt, loose black trousers, and black leather boots. Preserve realistic fabric folds, subtle stitching, natural body proportions, and believable contact between his body and the wooden bench. If the reference subject is female, adapt the outfit to an equally understated black ensemble with a dark long-sleeved top, black trousers, and black boots while retaining the same overall silhouette and color palette.

The woman has softly flowing, shoulder-length wavy hair, a delicate facial profile, and a serene expression. Her entire body is formed from intensely glowing golden-white energy, fine luminous filaments, delicate flowing light trails, and thousands of tiny sparkling particles. Her silhouette resembles a graceful woman wearing a long, flowing, translucent ethereal gown made of light. Her hair and dress emit a warm amber-gold radiance, with individual strands of light flowing gently outward as if moved by a sea breeze. Her face is softly illuminated and partially obscured by the intense glow, preserving an elegant, otherworldly appearance. She looks tenderly down toward the man.

ENVIRONMENT:
The background features a dark ocean stretching to a distant horizon, with gentle parallel waves reflecting faint moonlight. Small golden lights from a distant coastal settlement appear along the far-left horizon and shimmer across the water. The sky is filled with dramatic, layered midnight-blue and charcoal storm clouds, with subtle cool-blue highlights. The sandy beach beneath the bench is textured with small stones, scattered patches of wild grass, and uneven footprints. The old wooden bench has weathered brown planks, visible grain, dark metal supports, and realistic imperfections.

LIGHTING AND VISUAL EFFECTS:
Use the luminous woman as the primary light source. Her golden-white glow illuminates the man's face, hair, black clothing, the wooden bench, and the sand immediately around them. Create realistic amber rim lighting along the man's facial profile and shoulders, with soft golden highlights on the bench and a pool of reflected light beneath the woman's gown. Add delicate floating golden particles around her silhouette and a subtle reflection of her light across the damp sand toward the foreground. Preserve deep shadows in the surrounding beach and sky, with a cool blue-black ambient tone contrasting against the warm golden illumination. Include realistic light falloff, atmospheric haze, volumetric glow, controlled bloom, detailed shadows, and natural reflections. Keep the woman's brightest areas luminous without turning the entire scene into an overexposed white mass.

CAMERA AND PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE:
Strict 3:4 vertical portrait composition, suitable for a standard Instagram feed post. Use a cinematic medium-wide shot from a slightly low, eye-level-to-bench perspective, with the camera positioned at a natural diagonal angle that clearly shows the man's full reclining pose and the seated woman's flowing silhouette. Keep both subjects fully readable within the frame, with the bench forming a strong horizontal compositional anchor. Use a 35mm cinematic lens aesthetic, realistic perspective, shallow-to-moderate depth of field, sharp subject details, and gently softened distant scenery. Preserve realistic anatomy, correct body proportions, natural hand placement, and convincing physical interaction between the two subjects.

COLOR GRADING AND MOOD:
Apply sophisticated cinematic color grading with deep navy blues, charcoal blacks, muted ocean grays, warm amber highlights, and radiant golden-white light. The mood is intimate, supernatural, dreamlike, bittersweet, peaceful, and emotionally evocative, suggesting a quiet moment between a living person and a luminous, otherworldly presence. Aim for high-end fantasy-film cinematography blended with photorealistic textures, believable lighting physics, and fine atmospheric detail. The result should look like a professionally photographed cinematic scene rather than an illustration or artificial composite.

Maintain the exact 3:4 vertical aspect ratio throughout generation. Use the uploaded reference photo for the human subject's identity only; do not replace the identity with a random face. Keep the woman's supernatural glowing appearance distinct from the realistic human subject. no text, no watermark, no logos, no extra people, no distorted hands or faces.

About this image

A quiet beach, a dark ocean, and a woman glowing like golden light create this emotional cinematic scene. A man dressed in black rests on a wooden bench with his head on her lap, surrounded by warm sparks and a dramatic midnight-blue sky. The contrast between the cold night and her radiant silhouette gives the image a supernatural, romantic atmosphere.

To recreate this look, upload your reference photo to ChatGPT and use the complete prompt above. The prompt guides the composition, clothing, pose, beach setting, lighting, and glowing energy effect while keeping the human subject recognizable. The goal is to combine a realistic portrait with a fantasy element that looks naturally integrated into the scene.

You can experiment with a silver-blue spirit for a colder, mysterious mood or replace the beach with a quiet lakeside bench under a star-filled sky. Keep the main subject's identity consistent and let the environment and lighting provide the variation.

Creator's tip: Keep the golden glow strongest around the spirit's silhouette, then use softer light on the face, bench, and sand to preserve detail and avoid excessive overexposure.
